Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Traffic Management Committee

Pursuant to Article 17 of the Law on the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official
Gazette of BiH" No. 30/03, 42/03, 81/06, 76/07, 81/07, 94/07 and 24/08) and Article 22, paragraphs
1 and 3 of the Law on Aviation of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of Bosnia and
Herzegovina", No. 39/09), the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the proposal of the
Ministry of Communication and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the 70th session held on 24
August 2016 issued a Decision on the Establishment Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Traffic
Management Committee. ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 75/16 and 48/17)
Air Traffic Management Committee performs a mandated function in accordance with the
competences prescribed by the Law on Aviation of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of
Bosnia and Herzegovina" No. 39/09), the Decision on the Establishment of the Air Traffic
Management Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina and BiH (Official Gazette, No. 75/16 and
48/17) and other relevant regulations.

The work of the Committee has been elaborated in detail in the Rules of Procedure of the
Committee, adopted on November 17th, 2016.
