Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Navigation Services Agency (BHANSA), in cooperation with the Ministry
of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Bosnia and Herzegovina Directorate of Civil Aviation, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Airspace Management Committee and EUROCONTROL, has established Airspace Management
Cell (AMC), with the aim of establishing functional and efficient Airspace Management (ASM).

Bosnia and Herzegovina Directorate of Civil Aviation (BHDCA), in cooperation with Bosnia and
Herzegovina Airspace Management Committee, Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Navigation Services
Agency (BHANSA), the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina and EUROCONTROL
organized an airspace users workshop at BHDCA premises in Banja Luka

Pursuant to Article 17 of the Law on the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official
Gazette of BiH" No. 30/03, 42/03, 81/06, 76/07, 81/07, 94/07 and 24/08) and Article 22, paragraphs
1 and 3 of the Law on Aviation of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of Bosnia and
Herzegovina", No. 39/09), the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the proposal of the
Ministry of Communication and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the 70th session held on 24
August 2016 issued a Decision on the Establishment Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Traffic
